More good news from Priya!
Professor Priya Wadhera (Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures) has had another proposal accepted to the Modern Language Association annual convention in Seattle in January 2020. Her paper is called “Accounting for Ferguson: Why We Talk about Food” and it is for a guaranteed session, a “Roundtable in Honor of Priscilla Parkhurst Ferguson (1940-2018).” Ferguson was a mentor of hers from Columbia who was one of the first scholars to discuss food in a French literary context.
