Please join me in congratulating Priya for the nomination by the Executive Committee of the Forum on the 20th- and 21st-Century French at the Modern Languages Association to stand for election to serve as the Representative to the Delegate Assembly for her Division. This position would begin after next year's convention in New York City and continue in Chicago, Seattle and Toronto in 2019, 2020 and 20121, respectively. She is currently serving in this position and has attended annual conventions in Austin and Philadelphia in the past two years in order to discuss, debate, and vote on matters of concern to the constituents.
