Prof. Hiller's research has been accepted at the following conference:
"Gastronomy,
Culture, and the Arts: A Scholarly Exchange of Epic Portions" at the
University of Toronto at Mississauga on March 11-12. His paper is entitled: "“Noi stasera, danzeremo, e
nel vino affogheremo”: The Ideology of Food and Drink in Three Works of
Scapigliatura".
