Study French abroad for free with the Boren African Languages Initiative for Undergraduates

Boren Scholarship Awards: Let the government pay you to pursue language study!

Boren Scholars will be paid to study French at the University of Florida this summer and then French in Senegal during the Fall 2015, so this program is ideal for intermediate French students who wish to study abroad during their junior or, exceptionally, their senior year. The deadline for Boren Scholarships is February 4th, 2015 so start planning your application now!

More information about the African Flagship Languages Initiative is here.

Seniors! Teach in France next year!

The Teaching Assistant Program in France competition is now open!

Would you love to work and study abroad but haven't found a way to fit it into your undergraduate studies? Consider applying for the TAPIF, and spend 7 months working (and getting paid to live) in France, teaching English in public schools!  Former Adelphi students have done this and loved it!

More information about the program, as well as FAQs are here.
